Oswald Marondedze
An avid reader of the classics with a keen eye for art. Oswald graduated with an LLB from MSU where he also specialized in international Economic Law. He is a Registered Legal Practitioner, Notary public & Conveyancer with the High Court of Zimbabwe. His work experience stretches from working at the Judicial Service Commission as an Intern in 2019 to working for a business and projects firm as both an intern and an associate. Key Contributions include Deustche Welle`s (German): The 77 Percent on family law dynamics in Zimbabwe. Over the past 3 years, Oswald has worked with and for cross border clients in key commercial contracts, cyber-security and high value mergers & acquisition transactions. Oswald has contributed to London`s Chambers Global and Partners Mergers & Acquisitions report for Zimbabwe in his previous work focusing on competition law and anti-trust expertise. Oswald is currently focusing on private equity administration, investment and fund management.
