Infrastructure Development Practice

With the continued demand for infrastructural development within the Sub Saharan African region and our country of residence, we stand poised and ready to advise accordingly on the most suitable and applicable forms of contract. These include but are not limited to; Construction, Plant and Design-Build, Engineering Procurement and Construction. We have experienced engineers and industry experts engaged in our strong network. We also have FIDC Rules of contract training already in our bag as well as, experience advising quasi-government institutions in their development of local communities and protection of their legal interests.

We have experience working with Public Private Partnership agreements with foreign companies, partnering arms of Government in mining and housing development projects. Our current involvement extends to tourism facilities, residential property projects, a dry port logistics hub, tourist facility developments in Mozambique wherein we are advising and participating in the capital raising effort, a Mutare Christmas Pass prospective development, a prospective golf estate development in tourism marked region and a Chivhu solar farm project.
