We advise and carry out a diligent insolvency practice. We carry out corporate recoveries, promote rescue operations and assist in the liquidation of businesses where desirable.

We are further well versed with commercial agreements including but not but not limited to operational agreements, service level structures, agency agreements, commercial supply and trade agreements in their varying forms, loan agreements and securitization documentation.
